FULL MOON IN VIRGO

2/24/24 4:30am PST

The energy of the Full Moon is so potent, it’s felt a day before and a day after the exact moment of the lunation. So, if you haven’t had a chance to work on your Full Moon ritual, you can still do so until Sunday morning.

Tips for a Full Moon in Virgo ritual:

  • Sit down with pen and paper in a place you won’t be interrupted. (If the thought of just doing that sparks anxiety, set the timer for 15 minutes to do this exercise and BREATHE - you got this!).

  • Reflect on what lifestyle habits are no longer serving you.

  • Reflect on what daily tasks are past their due date.

  • Think about what work routines you need to tweak for a better workflow.

When the moon is in its full phase, we have reached a time of ending and completion. During this time, we make an inventory of what’s working and what’s not. We do so in accordance with the sign where the lunation is happening. In this case is in the sign of Virgo (which is the opposite sign of Pisces).

So, what do we need to release and let go of during this time:

  • Let go of judgmental tendencies.

  • Learn to differentiate between judgement and observation.

  • Release perfectionism. You can strive for precision but attempting perfection is depleting your creative juices. No martyrs are needed here.

We’re in a two week period that’s great for cleansing and cleaning of any type.

  • Detoxing your body

  • Cleansing your space

  • Cleaning up your home

If you need help on how to declutter, I highly recommend The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up by Marie Kondo. Her method it’s easy to grasp and to follow. If something doesn’t spark joy anymore, give thanks for it and get rid of it. Make space for new energy to come in.
